Service Description

You will receive medical and consultation forms from Faces consent. Please fill these in ASAP. I will then contact you to arrange a patch test. Please book your 6 week top up appointment on this system as the treatment is done in two sittings. You will have to book it on a separate booking for the date and time you require 6 weeks after the first appointment.

Cancellation Policy

The booking fee must be paid within 24 hours of booking the appointment, this will be sent via email. The booking fee in non refundable, however you can re arrange your appointment and your booking fee is transferable if you give 72 hours notice.
